In September 2003, I was involved in a very serious road accident whilst at work resulting in the amputation of the lower part of my right leg.
Having spent many months in recovery, listening to Hospital Radio, I feel that I have a better idea, and a greater understanding of what patients and staff need from their local service.
So, I set about creating a programme which, hopefully would appeal to most listeners young and old alike, and in such a format that would suit their varying listening habits.
